The Sacramento Salsa Company, now 6 years old, has its beginnings rooted in a deep love for authentic Mexican cuisine. Owner/chef Ron Green has always loved preparing his own delicious meals, and of course, trying other folk's dishes. It was no surprise to any who knew him that he would come up with his own recipie for restaraunt style salsa, but no one could have guessed that it would be SO DARN GOOD!

After letting family and friends try the salsa, the demand for it became so high that Ron began preparing small batches and offering it for sale. The batches grew and grew, and soon Ron found it necessary to enlist the help of his wife Debbie and son Chris, and later his brother Norm. The small business he began in his home kitchen grew exponentially and became The Sacramento Salsa Company we know and love today.

As The Sacramento Salsa Company has continued to expand, great pains have been taken to maintain the fresh, hand-crafted taste that our loyal patrons have grown to love. Taste, quality and freshness can never be compromised when creating the salsa that won "Best Salsa in Sacramento" at the '99 KSFM Salsa Festival.

The Sacramento Salsa Company remains dedicated to offering the best restaurant-style salsa available anywhere. As we continue to grow, we plan to expand our geographical coverage and implement several new specialty flavors.
