Worlds Best Guacamole
In just 4 minutes!
From the kitchen of the Sacramento Salsa Co.
4 ripe avocados
1/2 fresh lime
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 cup SACRAMENTO SALSA (Garlic and Hot)
Cut avocado in half lenth wise and squeeze out into
bowl with flat bottom. Cut lime in 1/2 sideways. Pierce lime all around inside
edge at peel with fork. Twist fork inside lime while squeezing to extract juice
and pulp into avocado. Mash juice into avocado. Add salt and Sacramento Salsa.
Mash and mix well. Let sit 30 minutes (if you can!) and serve with remaining
Sacramento Salsa and fresh tortilla chips.
